balik summer hari tu, aku bet dengan usu. by the time aku balik, kalau aku boleh turunkan 11 kg, aku dapat 100. kalau tak, usu dapat 200. yang ratus2 tu bukan markah okay, tapi fulus. sekarang, aku dah ready duit untuk bagi usu. haih. lain kali mulut bagi lagi lancang nad. 100 tak true, 1000 la... padan muka aku.





aku nak share sikit ni. The Purification of the Soul. best buku ini... a compilation of imam hambali, imam ghazali and ibn- al qayyim. aku recommend.

-the 4 poisons of the heart-
1. unnecassary talking
"the faith of a servant is not put right until his heart is put right,and his heart is not put right until his tongue is put right" (Prophet Muhammad pbuh)

2. unrestrained glances
"letting the gaze roams free cloaks the heart with darkness"

3. Too much food
"the consumption of small amounts of food guarantees tenderness of the heart, strength of the intellect, humility of the self, weakness of desires, and gentleness of temprement"

4. keeping bad company.


when the heart is a light, countless good comes to it from all dirsctions. if it is dark, then clouds of evil and afflictions come from all directions to cover it up.

whoaa. hati aku macam bontot/buntut (which one is the correct spelling?) kuali rumah nenek aku. rumah nenek aku sebab dulu nenek guna dapur kayu. hehe.





ramadhan lagi beberapa hari. semoga kita semua dapat jumpa bulan istimewa ini. semoga ramadhan kali ini menjadi turning point aku untuk jadi lebih baik, dalaman dan luaran. selamat datang ramadhan. =)
